2. Manzili 28 Plan: Customers on the OMR 28 plan can enjoy the FIFA World Cup 2026 subscription for a monthly installments of OMR 1.900/month for a 24-month commitment.

3. Manzili OMR 35 ,45 ,95 Plan: Customers on these plans are entitled to a FREE one month subscription to the FIFA World Cup 2026.

4. Selection Limit: Customers are eligible to select only one TV content/add-on per applicable Manzili plan.

5. Early Termination: pre-mature termination of Manzili Internet service during the commitment period for customers who opted-in the FIFA World Cup 2026 subscription will be subject to an additional early termination charge of OMR 1.9 multiplied by the number of months in the contract.

1. New customers on 24-month contracts are eligible for this plan.

2. A monthly recurring charge (excluding 5% VAT) applies.

3. In case of early termination, an Early Termination Charge (ETC) will apply at a fixed rate of _‒ 50.

4. Other benefits will remain the same: Free OO Fixed Minutes (On-Net) and a 15 % discount on International Voice.

6. All other terms and conditions of the Fibre Home Internet will remain the same.

7. Ooredoo is responsible for CPE/Modem manufacturing damage. Customers will be charged _‒ 25 for any other damage.

8. Ooredoo is not responsible for any internal wiring in the customer’s building, firewall configuration on PC, location, type of content and the distance to Wi-Fi. Please note that the access point will affect the actual speed and any connections to servers outside the Ooredoo Network.

9. In the case of a change in location request, an _‒ 15 fee will apply.

10. A one-time installation charge of _‒ 10 applies.

11. In respect of the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) Law; it is not permissible to redistribute internet services in order to connect outside of residential/commercial units. This is considered to be misuse of the provided service, which is punishable by law. In addition, the TRA and/or the licensor reserves the right to suspend the service if it is found that there is any violation of this clause, and prohibit the delivery of the renewed service for a period of two months.
